Results:
165#/ I got 175# for 1 rep, but failed on the second. My "Diane" time was a PR of 8:24. I did this workout a few months back and PR'd it then by 5 and a half minutes and today I bettered that by 2 and a half minutes. I'm happy with that.
Later:
25 mile bike ride for 90 minutes with 3, 5 minute hard efforts mixed in. These felt good for the first 2 but the last one hurt much more. I followed the ride up with a 2 mile run. The legs felt like stone, but I kept the pace up as much as possible. I finished the run in 16:08.
