The second run was the most difficult part of the set. I'm trying to mimic what it will feel like to run with my legs full of lactic acid, as I'm doing a triathlon in 3 weeks.

Bike: 42 Miles
Results: 3:02: 33 Steady pace, with a 10 minute steep hill climb half way through the ride. A good base building ride.
