CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.2
75# Snatch, 30 Reps
135# Snatch, 30 Reps
165# Snatch, 30 Reps
210# Snatch, Max Reps
Get as many reps in 10 minutes.
Results:
59 Reps.
This workout put me in a bad place. Because I only got 59 reps, the difference in the one rep is around 80 places. At least 39 guys got 60 reps. I had 3 misses and that was the difference. Every thing else was going as planned, but the misses were due to rushing the reps with 135#. I almost locked out rep 60 in time, but it was 1 tick too late. I won't redo any of these workouts. I made that promise to myself, as I want to "play it as it lies." No Mulligans. I'm hoping it will keep me somewhere around the top 20. We'll have to wait and see.
