Today's Session:
30 Clean and Jerks @ 175#
Results: My time was 9:58 for 30 reps. I miscounted 32 reps in the video, so after further review, I reached 30 reps at 9:58. I'm getting ready to try 30 reps with 185# That will be in a few weeks.
Also, I did:
20 Calories on the Airdyne
25 Pull Ups
1 Minute Rest
20 Calories on Airdyne
25 KB Swings 70#
1 Minute Rest
20 Calories on Airdyne
25 Ring Dips
Results: 7:23 It was hard to catch my breath after each Airdyne effort. That made this a much more difficult workout. Good practice for the upcoming Open workouts.
