ReplyDeleteI got 115# the first set, 125# the next 3 sets, 135# for 1. Then I failed w/135# for the 6th set. Dropped back down to 115# to finish the minute. I then went back up to 125# for the final 2 sets, one was to make up the minute I missed.
Split Jerks- 2 @ 145, 3 @ 155#, 4 @ 165# and 1 @ 175#
Diff. HSPU- 1 on Paralletts, 3 on 45# plates, 2 on 25# plates and the rest on the floor.
Non flase grip M/U's and Ring mounts- shoulders were smoked and couldn't get a M/U, but did ring HS mounts.
