ReplyDeleteThe run felt better than the last 40 min. run. I found it harder to run slower, in order to keep my heart rate down @ 130, than running at a higher HR. This run I ran 1/4 mile further.

ReplyDeleteSplit Jerk weight 180#/195#/215# Felt strong on all three sets. Maybe I need to stay above 200# from now on for singles.
Power Snatch weight 145#/155#/135# Went back down in wt. because I could feel I was starting to just muscle the weight up.
