My mornings are pretty special. It's my time to get my workout in. It's my time to set the tone for the rest of the day at the gym. It's my time to have fun with the incredible athletes that make up the 5:15 a.m. class. Since moving to the new facility, the sunrises are my beautiful reward.

    I got my very first bar muscle up in this workout. They have always caused massive shoulder discomfort when I attempted to do them in the past. I'm very pleased with this accomplishment.
