Congratulations to JoJo for his PR in "Fran." The first sub 3 minute at CFEC. Quite a milestone for us here.
I wanted to do the workout unbroken, but the soreness throughout my body would not allow it. I didn't get completely warmed up until I finished the 21's. Once that was done, I focused on a nice relaxed rhythm and got the rest unbroken and at a faster pace.
The second workout was even tougher because my body was so tired, but I figured it was only a few more workouts at this level of intensity. I knew I could make it through. I'm glad that the week is over because I'm cooked. Rest day tomorrow and 3-4 days of productive training and I'll be ready to go. Thank you very much Lisa, Teshina and Dave for the week I'm sure I wouldn't have given myself.
