Certainly, we have no idea what workouts they will throw at me at the Games, but, we all seem to think that the Masters workouts will be traditional CrossFit workouts. There is no way of really knowing, but there isn't anything wrong with finishing the prep work with all the old CrossFit benchmark workouts. At least the ones I truly hate. More good stuff to come...

I haven't done heavy snatches in a long time, so I wasn't sure how I'd do in this workout. I was pleasantly surprised that 155# felt fairly light. I could have gone heavier, but I felt a little mentally fried, so I shut it down. I felt that the attempts were a moral victory, of sorts. I'll try to go a little heavier next time. The second afternoon workout was a struggle in terms of working in an absolute fatigued state. The sled drag was a great way to anticipate the prowler in a Games workout, if that comes up.
