Getting Inverted

HSPU's are a weakness of mine. I can do them, but not on the same level as most other body weight movements. I was happy getting 9 in a row on the first set. This is where all the time went.
Track workout in the afternoon.

The mile time trial was the first done on a track in over 8 years for me. I kept the pace as high as I could and was pleased with the result. The other workout was not too difficult until you got to the push ups on the bleachers. There were 16 wooden bleachers and we started on the bottom bleacher with our hands and feet on the bleacher in the push up position. You do a push up and do lateral bear crawl to the next bleacher and do a push up on that seat. And so on. Once you get to the top bleacher, you do your push up and bear crawl down the concrete stairs back onto the track. That just took up the most time. I felt every handstand push up from this morning's workout on every rep. Good times.
