Working On Weaknesses



A.M. Workout
4 Unbroken M/U's
6 HSPU's
15 GHD Sit Ups
4 times.

P.M. Workout
Clean- Heavy Single
135x3, 165x3, 185x2, 205x2, 220x1, 230x1

Did all the muscle ups unbroken, except the last set. On the 3rd turn out, I lost my grip and fell off. Got 5 reps on all but the 2nd set of HSPU's. With this being my largest weakness, it was good to see that even after the muscle ups, I could get that many straight. The second workout was just a chaser to get the movements down at a fast pace. Did all sets unbroken in 5:23.

I haven't gone too heavy in the cleans lately, simply because of being the coach in a class environment. So, it was nice to have the freedom to get a workout in of heavy cleans. I wanted to get up to 240#, but I didn't have it in me today. 230# will have to do for now.
