What's Up With That?

After yesterday's workout, my shoulders are fried. DEEP FRIED. There wasn't a workout I could get up enough gumption to do with my shoulders being in the fatigued state they're in. What's up with that? I decided to jump in with the 5:15 a.m. class for their team workout and in hind sight, it was the right move. I stayed as far away as I could from the SDLHP's. I may have done 15 of those for my team. The burpees weren't too bad.
After the class was through, Newman got 6 of us to do "Annie" for shits and giggles. I straight setted all the sets and had a time of 6:13. A PR by some 40 seconds. I haven't done a benchmark workout in quite some time. I might have had a better time if my rope wasn't knotted up in the round of 30 double unders. Who's to say.

  1. You did great though...A PR with a knotted up rope, you da man! I was feeling wiped when it came to Annie. I'm glad to see you have a blog for the road to the games. I will be following it with great interest.
