This was the first day of doing a workout separate from the morning class. It felt a little odd not coaching anyone. All the boys working out with me are seasoned vets in the gym, so I was able to just focus on being an athlete, not a coach. Thank you boys for helping out getting me ready. It's only the first step, but your athletic talents and work ethic will go a long way in helping me push harder.
Thank you Tina, Lisa and Julia for helping out this morning. You eased my mind with your coaching abilities and that allowed for a very effective training session.

  1. Whoops! Sorry! I was the one who called the cops when I saw a bunch of guys climbing over the wall next to the gym. I thought it was some sort of jail break!
