I did my first real squatting session today. I don't have all the flexibility in my left shoulder back yet, so I decided front squats were a good place to start. My Dr.'s real concern for my repaired biceps is when I am trying to load plates on a bar. Keeping his warning in mind, most of the plates on the bar are almost all 10# plates. It looks a little silly.

This was the first real run at some distance. The first mile felt good, it became a struggle after that.
