At the OC Throwdown representing with SicFit owner and affiliate owner of CrossFit Central, Jeremy Thiel. Rx Jump Ropes were used by more than 50% of the athletes at the competition.

30 second rest

20 Unbroken Pull Ups

3 minute rest.

    My forearms were smoked. But I made it unbroken.
