Winding Down



A.M. Workout:

Overhead Squat 85% of 1RM

Results:
135# x5, 155#x 2, 155#x 2, 170# x 1, 170# x 1

The tapering has begun and all I'll be doing is working on the technical parts of the Oly lifts and doing short met con workouts at 75-85% of work capacity. There's nothing that will add to my fitness level now. All I am focusing on is maintaining my fitness and building on my confidence in the technical movements.
