5 Days To Go

There isn't much to post about working out any more. I have resumed the programming duties for our gym once again. I am back on the schedule for coaching the classes at 5:15 a.m. All that I'm doing is moving. I did part of the workout from our gym this morning. The last thing I want to do is make myself sore or injured going into the weekend. I'll just do as many movements as possible, all within a comfortable range and pace. The only time I'll get my heart rate up doing is a couple of intervals on the AirDyne. The AirDyne is low impact, but it does a great job of raising both the heart rate and lactic acid in the body. This is important because I never want to be too unfamiliar with the feeling of being uncomfortable. Even if it's just for a few minutes.

  1. Hey Paul!

Our crew will be cheering for you at the Games this year! You are one badass dude and I am confident you will crush the competition. You have trained hard, and as you said before, thrown that net out as far as possible.
Good luck and we'll see you there!!

  2. Thank you, Adam.
Good luck to you guys, too. The affiliate competition will be tight and very exciting. You've all trained very hard for this, so make the best of it. Experience is on your side and I'm sure you'll represent our region well. This is going to be a weekend to remember. Go get'em, Adam.
