Working Around It



Scotty and I did the workout that was on the main page a few days ago just to work around my hamstring. We haven't done a workout with bench press in it for at least 9 months. We both knew it was going to be interesting. Diana did the workout on Monday as part of her PT hour. The same went for her, as she had not done bench presses in around 4 months.
The row didn't seem to bother my injured hamstring. Over all, it doesn't feel too bad, just a little tight with a small painful area. R.I.C.E. is Rx.

1000m Row
20 BW Bench Press
2000m Row
10 BW Bench Press
