On The Mend



Workout:

800m Run
30 Box Jumps 24"
50 Ab Mat Sit Ups
100 Double Unders
1000m Row

3 times.

The goal for this workout was to, 1. give my hamstring a rest, 2. get in a long met con without any real external weights. As most of you know, the start of the 800m run is all uphill, with the steepest pitch starting at 200m. This was the only point I could feel my hamstring. But, I have to say, that the later rounds were all good, as if I were 100%. I didn't push though. All in all, a very fruitful workout.
