After yesterday's workout, I wasn't sure I would have been able to do anything but air squats. But, NO! They had me doing back squats. Getting ready for competition is a subjective point of view. I know doing a workout with tired and sore legs is going to happen mid July, but I'd like to have been able to walk tonight. Nonetheless, I did the work and am stronger for it. Thank you team.

Right in the middle of the heat of the day. Great practice for the Games. I needed to do this type of workout for a couple of weeks and I'm glad I did it. It was not easy by any means, but my coaches have my trust in getting me prepared for the big day.
