I handed off my programming duties to my team of coaches to finish off my prep work for the Games. Today, they all agreed that OH squats are a weakness for me. So, it was poured on me in truck loads.

Teshina's great at OHS, so she killed it. JoJo had to leave early, otherwise he, too, would have killed it. The first sets on the AirDyne, I had the tachometer pegged in the red zone, but the last 2 sets were difficult to sustain that effort for the :45. I practiced getting right under the bar after the AirDyne. But as any of you who have ridden the AirDyne know, lactic acid build up is so severe on that machine, it's even difficult to walk right afterwards.
