B. Accelerating 100m Sprints x 5; easy walk back to start; gradually increasing intensity.
C. 10 sets of 10 Double Unders for speed; rest 30 seconds b/t sets.

    Felt great to do speed work without any hint of hamstring tightness. Big plus.
    C. 5:35 minus 2:30 rest intervals = 3:05
    2 misses.
