Hamstring Complex

Stiff-Legged DL x 6 + Bent Over Row x 6 x 3 Sets

60 second foam roll after each set.

2 minute rest between sets.


Back Squat 5,3,3,2,1,1

Then.

50 Burpees.

Later.

3 mile run.


Post loads and times.
